Former President Donald Trump announced he will file a Fourth Amendment unlawful search and seizure motion over the FBI’s “illegal” raid on Mar-a-Lago in a post made on TRUTH Social on Friday.
“A major motion pertaining to the Fourth Amendment will soon be filed concerning the illegal Break-In of my home, Mar-a-Lago, right before the ever important Mid-Term Elections,” Trump posted.

Deer are smarter.
A magistrate who had recused himself issued an illegal general warrant to raid the home and papers of the rightful POTUS, all contrary to the Fourth Amendment’s guarantees.
I apologize, that was an insult to deer.
The judge is tied to Epstein and is Deep State. The fix has been in from the beginning of this thing. Yes, right here in America.

So now, the DOJ are left wondering whether or not those video cameras at Mar a lago were on or off. They are also wondering if he made copies of the documents they were looking for when they executed the raid. So, does the DOJ call the bluff? Or does DJT do so?
It’s been six years and they have yet to actually have the “walls close in”. Tsk, Tsk, who to believe, who to believe? They leak, Trump taunts and invites them to “try one more time”. I suspect they DOJ/FBI are really worried. However, who knows what they will do next.
So yes, this is for show. He can claim anything in a court filing. The closer to the election, the more difficult time wise to verify or debunk the veracity of it.
Good. Time to fight back.
Why the wait? Is this for a show? Otherwise, you would think it be in his interests to do so now.

His attorney was on Mark Levin tonight and said it might happen in hours but most likely Monday.
I was a little worried about that, but after he posted his Standing Order Declassification yesterday, you can he’s playing them for all it’s worth.

I’m eager to see it too. Two of his chiefs of staff said Trump’s claim of a standing order was ludicrous and they didn’t know about it.
I hope some folks go to prison.
Each and every person at the DOJ and the FBI, that approved,
sought approval, and participated in it, should do time.
There’s a judge that needs to do time also. He had already
declared himself in impartial person for the same defendant
in a prior proceeding. He was guilty as could be in this.
I think they are all way too arrogant to be worried. They also believe themselves to be untouchable.
This same judge also recused himself in another matter that
Trump was the target of. So he has himself declared himself
to be a prejudiced player.
That right there should cause him to be seen as an
impartial player, do to his own earlier claims.
Yes, the raid stank to high heaven, but the photo was still fake.
