Former President Donald Trump announced he will file a Fourth Amendment unlawful search and seizure motion over the FBI’s “illegal” raid on Mar-a-Lago in a post made on TRUTH Social on Friday.
“A major motion pertaining to the Fourth Amendment will soon be filed concerning the illegal Break-In of my home, Mar-a-Lago, right before the ever important Mid-Term Elections,” Trump posted.

A probe is not a criminal investigation. Warrants are issued in criminal investigations.
Subpoenas are issued in probes.

Has DOI/FBI come out and stated that President Trump is under criminal investigation?
If not, if there’s no official/acknowledged criminal investigation then what the FBI did was, at the least, committed a burglary, at worst, a home invasion. Both felonies and on the list of the 7 Deadly Sins.
