A shocking security video showed an Oklahoma woman in the backseat of a police cruiser slip out of her handcuffs, grab an officer's AR-15, and shoot at him and a bystander through a car window.
The Grady County Sheriff's Office in Oklahoma said police responded to an emergency call on August 12 at about 11:45 a.m. about a strange woman crawling around on the ground and barking at people.
They placed 36-year-old Rachel Zion Clay into a deputy's patrol car where she was able to slip out of the handcuffs and reach the officer's AR-15 that was in a console labeled "gun."
Video from the officer's body cam showed the confusion as shots rang out and hit a bystander in the chest. They can be seen trying to ascertain where the shots were coming from and then hide behind another cruiser.

A close one. You need friends like Alfred these days. Tough times.
I noticed while watching season 3 (the only season with batgirl, now you know why I even watched) that the bat pole had names âBruceâ and âDickâ, like if they picked the wrong pole, they would show up in the Bat cave in the others tights.
Exactly how I imagined she would look like.
Great one. Someone’s probably watching and will swipe your idea and not give you credit for the next sequel.
Her mouth is the opposite of the Joker.

You know, not everyone knows how to charge an AR-15 and click off the safety.

Good story.
So watching for Batgirl the late Yvonne Craig) and probably for Catwoman (Julie Newmar) shows males were not discriminatory and gave full attention to and appreciation of the talents of females on TV.
Exactly. I drive past the same guy rolling around on the grass yelling at the clouds almost every day. The sheriffs all know him and just leave him be. He has never done any one any harm. Just a bit too much meth.
Alaska State Troopers had a prisoner in a cage car escape and couldn’t figure out how the guy did it. Until I overheard the guy brag about how he did it while monitoring prisoner phone calls. Turns out he used one of those combination ice scraper/brush combos to unlock the doors by pushing on the unlock button up front. The cage had enough of a gap for the brush/scraper to slip through. When I told the Trooper how it happened, he told me he always wondered how the guy got out. Like most criminals that escape, he was eventually captured on a new charge.
She’s a REAL barking moonbat!
What a mentally disturbed person. Went from trespassing and barking to attempted murder.
That does it. Obviously we should confiscate all assault weapons from law enforcement officers and government authorities.
Just mandate smart guns for cops. Wouldnât have happened with a smart gun.
A three hour stand off?
Once she started shooting at them, they should have neutralized the threat.
Great job of securing the prisoner and weapon!
She could identify as being a dog and that shouldn’t be a crime. The cop could also be a dogophobic.
