At the VERY LEAST, Russia would have been tested. Would they keep their word and keep out of Ukraine? Obviously no one knows for sure - but if they still went in, I suspect a lot of people here, me included, might have a totally different view of this war.
Instead the Neocons made it easy, and while Russia gets what might total $100T in resources, the Neocon consolation is $300B in stolen assets.
