I was a Navy recruiter for a year and know how difficult recruiting is. Think cold calls in the early evening after a full day at the office. Think how much you hate solicitors calling during dinner time, and I wasn't trying to sell a product, I was trying to get them to obligate their life for some years. It was a stress gig. I would have preferred to be back on the flight deck.
