I always thought Congress had the power to tax and spend and to allocate funds.
What was the source for the Congressional Authority to provide US Funds to Ukraine for this payment? Was there a separate vote on it? Was it a part of a larger Authorization issued in the past, but not yet transferred?
Who voted to send the money to Ukraine in the House and the Senate?
Is Biden now a king, who owns all assets in the nation.

For all the Pro-Zelensk-ites on here, of which there are many…..CornPop is giving away our military assets to Ukraine, the US army has, basically, removed any standards they once had for recruitment, 3-4 generations of boys and young men have been completely sissified and emasculated. And even the ones that do join, for the most part, aren’t what they used to be.
I know someone that went through ANOC at Ft Benning. A full bloc of instruction on how poorly recruits are doing, injuries, recycles, brittle bones from doing nothing but playing video games.
I know two guys in Special Operations that are getting out as soon as rheir respective enlistments are up. It seems the LBGTQ agenda being pushed is too much for them.
So, at the end of the day, are Russia and China wearing down the US military stockpiles to where we won’t be able to defend ourselves?
