Translation: Biden seeks funds for “grants” his woke DOJ can distribute to make local police and prosecutors more woke and more financially federal dependents. Once local functions, be they schools or police, become more dependent on federal funding, the more they must bend to federal political mandates and financially and policy wise become more a defacto “federal” police force.
The RINOs have gone along with this on “crack down on crime” narratives together with massive extensions of “federal laws” that duplicate local & state laws, and convert what should be local policing matters into federal matters.
