A group of prominent conservatives released a new report Thursday outlining their investigation into the 2020 election and have concluded former President Trump's claims of a stolen election are unfounded.
The report, "LOST NOT STOLEN: The Conservative Case that Trump Lost and Biden Won the 2020 Presidential Election," was put together by three former federal judges and eight conservative leaders who investigated Trump's claims.
Over the course of a year, the group looked at all 64 cases of the Trump campaign's fraudulent claims in six key states and concluded that there were no substantial instances of fraud that would have changed the election results. The report goes state by state and claim by claim, taking time to investigate each legal case.
Fears of further damage to the electoral process drove the report, as allegations of fraud continue. Investigators said they fear that Trump supporters' unwillingness to see the election as lost could come back to haunt them if they flip the majority in the House and Senate this cycle.
"I think there is a lack of recognition that that goes both ways and that, should Republicans take over, you're opening the door for Democrats to say the same thing, … ," Benjamin Ginsberg, an election attorney who has worked in Republican politics for decades, told FOX News.
Ginsberg, along with former senators John Danforth and Gordon H. Smith and longtime Republican congressional chief of staff David Hoppe, as well as former Solicitor General Ted Olson and former federal appeals court judges Michael Luttig, Michael McConnell and Thomas Griffith concluded that there were no substantial claims of fraud to change the election.
The report acknowledges that changes in voting due to the COVID-19 pandemic could have created opportunity for more fraud but found that was not the case.

What they “investigated” were the counts, and not whether those ballots should have been counted to begin with. In Arizona Maricopa county, an independent audit found more than 77000 ballots that should have been THROWN OUT but were instead allowed to be counted. This was in just ONE county!
Everyone, and I mean EVEYONE, in the federal government KNOWS full well that Biden stole the election with the help of coup plotters from BOTH parties. The deep state wanted Trump out by any means necessary.
Starting on January 21, 2023, you are going to see a correction. I predict that the coup ringleaders, Zuckerberg and Dorsey will be executed by lethal injection sometime in July of next year. Cheney and Kitzinger’s turn will come up later. /spit

Even if that were true (which it isn’t), that isn’t the point. Don’t they get that cheating is wrong? Don’t they get that one fraudulent ballot steals an honest voter’s ballot?
As RINO’s they are clear that their political persuasion is not popular enough to overcome Democrat voters. They are not counting MAGA votes.
This is, so far as I can tell, a straight-forward presentation of what the report says. So far as I see, they aren’t saying the report is true or accurate or advocating for it.

Ha, ha... dozens if not hundreds of precints had participation rates of over 96% and with many at 100%. Biden would have beaten Obama in his prime by over 30% in the fewer black communities he won. Yeah, not suspicious.

Insane comment. They are not saying it directly, but implying it by getting a group of Establishment RINOs and publishing their nonsense. Where is the counter balance, they could easily find conservatives that believe the opposite and can tell another story.
When you strongly push a one-sided story without balance you are advocating for it.
These controversial claims are baseless, unfounded, and unsubstantiated.
This is sweeping and systemic disinformation.
These claims have been debunked, refuted, and completely put to rest.
No credible evidence exists to support these shakey assertions, and numerous fact-checkers have marked these allegations as FALSE.
Based on the reports of these fact-checkers alone, there is no further need to investigate these outlandish claims.
They have been thoroughly discredited and contradicted.
Continuing to push these far-fetched conspiracies, in the form of Russian lies, is sedition.
So watch MSNBC or CNN if you want to see “strongly pushing.” I don’t have cable anymore, but my impression when I did was that FNC was generally avoiding the issue.

Actually, I (now) have little doubt that Biden’s machines scanned 81 million pieces of paper to “count” 81 million. But, how many tens of thousands were scanned 2,3,or 4 times each?
How many hundreds of thousands were single “votes” printed with only Biden’s name? And no others down ballot? How many hundreds of thousands were dropped boxed, rounded up from dead people and illegals and duplicates?
Don’t kid yourself. They can count, recount and scan ballots for the next 100 years. None of this means anything if the underlying problem is that huge numbers of mail-in ballots were cast fraudulently.

A lie of omission is still a lie. They’re cowards and part of t he reason the nation is in so much trouble. They have silenced their commentators on this issue. A strong majority in this country believe the election was stolen (over 35% of democrats, over 55% of independents, and over 80% of republicans) and we can’t talk or investigate it.
