Christina Bobb, an attorney who has supported Donald Trump's legal challenge to overturn the 2020 election, has suggested a scenario in which the former president could be reinstated after the midterm elections in November.
Bobb told the conservative news outlet the Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN) what she thought could happen in states in which there was "evidence that Joe Biden cheated" in the election Trump and his allies have continuously claimed was fraudulent.
"They could withdraw their electors, or they could actually decide to award Trump electors, although I would anticipate they will probably just withdraw the electors," she said.
"If that happens from three different states, three different resolutions go into Congress," she said it would then be up to Congress to decide "whether they want to accept the resolutions, whether they want to act on them or not."

Bobb apparently has a weekly show on OANN. She has big teeth.
BS
From these midterms expect modest things to happen, and be glad if we get more than that.
Trump and his minions need to start working on 2024 and stop this nonsense. I think Trump can win 2024 but dragging the county through this mine field is a bad deal. Look to the future.
I just want to take this opportunity to highlight the wonderful RSBN network. They cover Trump rallies from the moment the gates open until the final music plays, and their interaction with the true Americans there is, for me, some of the best stuff on TV.
No he can't because, as you pointed out, the 22nd Amendment says that no person will be elected to the office of more than twice. The 2016 election would be one and the 2020 election would be two. The 10 year limit doesn't enter into it.
No.
I like how you think. Let’s watch the show....
Would the impeachment and conviction of Biden and Harris take place in parallel or in sequence?
If the two could be removed from office by means if the same conviction verdict from the Senate, that would make straight the way of the Donald.
It all depends on whether you want to call a “reinstatement” a reelection or not I guess...
Indeed.
We don’t need this kind of nit-wittery — this is as bad as the kooks who thought Trump was going to be dumped and replaced with Hillary.
In Trump’s case, it’s pretty damned clear that the election had SERIOUS anomalies that resulted in a mumbling, angry vegetable being credited with 81 million votes, but our system doesn’t allow for do-overs or simply ‘installations’.
We got screwed and the best we can hope for is that enough states pass election reforms so that it doesn’ happen again. I’m not holding my breath...
Meanwhile, work on election integrity and clamping down on fraud & cheating. Forget this ‘Trump’s gonna be put back in office’ crap.
It-Ain’t-Gonna-Happen. Unless he runs and wins again.
I'm not a statistician, but I would guess the odds of that happening at about 1 in 1,000,000+.
Don't have 67 votes in the Senate.
Well she’s on the right track but I’m looking for the entire election to be decertified. Before the midterms. I would not personally bet money on the midterms happening on Nov 8th. The current fraud going on in the primaries is significant. We will not get a fair election.
I’m so glad Sidney Powell went away. She did great work for Mike Flynn but did not help Trump in the least.
It also depends on how you defined being elected. The Presidential election is for FOUR years. Reinstatement after more than two years passing isn’t a full TERM and not something which I’d call an ‘election.’ I’d say this would be, UNLIKELY THOUGH IT IS, would be one for the USSC.....

Lock her up…/s. Talk about hunting for headlines
Nope.
Now in ‘24…
If Trump is 'reinstated' then it means it was determined he was actually the 2020 winner. There is no other conceivable way. That's win number two.
