Best we can hope for (before 2024) is we take both houses in the mids, impeach and remove both Xiden and Harris, leaving whomever the House elects as Speaker to ascend to the Presidency. Don't have 67 votes in the Senate.

No, we don't. Right now, we don't even have a simple majority. The scenario assumes, laughably, that we get the majorities necessary to impeach and convict.
