I believe the Republicans will gain control of Congress after the mid-terms. The Democrats would have to move quickly to remove Biden and swear in Harris. Then Harris picks a VP but, and big but, both houses of Congress must approve of her choice.
Now after the mid-terms and before the new Congress is sworn in they would have to fast track the choice...

My guess if they were going to do this they would select the Governor of California, he has proven he has no problem destroying our nation so he would be a perfect fit for the Democrats.
Newsweek is not saying what they are hiding. They are saying that Clinton would be a better candidate than anyone else in the libs side of thought. They never once said she could win against conservative opponents, just their own party heroes. She had denied running again and in the article:
“Schoen described the current Democrats as a “slowly sinking ship” and said the party needed to prepare for a blowout loss in November.”
So they are not considering winning, just providing a warm body to be burned at the stake. Especially one that won’t run so they are not wasting lies or false hopes. They are expecting to get hammered.
