NYS Passes Sweeping Gun Control Measures In Wake Of Supreme Court Ruling, And It’ll Blow Your Mind
Concealed Nation ^ | 07/01/2022 | Brandon Curtis

In response to last week’s Supreme Court ruling that removed the requirement for “proper cause” when seeking out a concealed carry permit, New York has made a bold move to lay down a number of additional requirements and rules surrounding the permitting process, and carrying firearms.

Places that will be off-limits (some are currently banned places) when the new laws take effect September 1st 2022 are:

schools
universities
government buildings
places where people have gathered for public protests
health care facilities
places of worship
libraries
public playgrounds and parks
day care centers
summer camps
addiction and mental health centers
shelters
public transit
times square
bars
theaters
stadiums
museums
polling places
casinos

In addition, the law defaults all private property as no-carry zones, unless the owner of that property has signage up allowing the carrying of concealed firearms.

It will be struck down but it will take 5 years to do so.

So the new plan is to nickel and dime away your Constitutional rights, instead of making amendments or relying on leftist activist judges.

It’s easier to civil war and just get it the fvck over with.

1. Meet with only people you know.

2. Give them a quota of 10 persons, they have to personally know them.

3. Give those persons, a quota of 10 persons, personally know. And so on.

When you have an armed 2-battalion organization in your county, no one is going to be able to tell you to do shiite.

There should be consequences for so blatantly refusing to abide by a judgement. The Supreme Court should at least expedite any lawsuit arising from this new law & smack it down quickly.

Contempt of court would solve this quickly. $10k/day for the governor, $10 mil/day for the state

Were these restrictions passed by the Legislature or was this an executive action? If the latter is the case, it may be an overreach that can be stopped in state court.

I am from Buffalo. Kathy Hochul was a local politician. She was county clerk. She ran for Congress. At the time, she was against driver’s licenses for illegals, for gun rights, and against abortion. Not bad for a Democrat. Upstate New York is significantly more conservative than downstate. When she got elevated to State politics, when she was elected lieutenant governor, she sure changed her stance. The proximity to power has really gone to her head. To say she is a political whore, is putting it mildly.

The only way to stop this is for the supreme Court to declare any and all gun laws unconstitutional, “ shall not be infriged “

Be very careful. The FBI would merrily roll them up. In your 10, one has cheated on his wife, cheats on his taxes, gets caught with dope or a homemade silencer or illegal gun. FBI offers him decades prison or work as an informant…
Anyone who works at a gun store knows that fact. The regular customer who everyone knows, says he’s actually buying this one for a friend because friends wife hit him with a restraining order. But you know the guy so you’re tempted because you know the guy. But you didn’t know he got caught up in some kind legal trouble last week and they offered him informant work in exchange for no arrest.

And battalions are child’s play. The cell structure is the only way… no chains of command, no orders, nothing. See also Hutaree militia, see proud boys, see oath keepers.
In the 60s it was deeply studied by our government as how to best resist a communist takeover of America. Leaderless resistance was by far the best method. IRA used it, Al Qeida uses it to great effect.

And of course, this all all purely theoretical. Nobody should try to organize an insurrection. For me, this discussion only regards a fictional scenario where the US government fell under the control of Nazis or communist, and America fell into a dictatorship. You know, hypothetical.

NY is just replicating the behavior of die-hard segregationists in response to Brown v Board of Ed.
