I used to be a nite owl but the years have caught up with me. I still remember the all-nighters in the Canteen when the post # count was in the neighborhood of 1,500. ;-)

Ahhh…the good ol’ days! Funny, but the older I get, the more of a night owl I become.

The medical geniuses say that that is normal because older people do not get as much exercise as they used to therefore they do not need the same amount of sleep they required years ago.

In my case the many medical issues make me slow down. I do not get to choose the hours I am awake.
