The medical geniuses say that that is normal because older people do not get as much exercise as they used to therefore they do not need the same amount of sleep they required years ago.
In my case the many medical issues make me slow down. I do not get to choose the hours I am awake.
Darn ol’ medical issues. Well, we love ya even if you do go to bed before the chickens. :)
