In the 1940s, his aunt, a teenager at the time, was forced to travel from their home in East St. Louis, Illinois, to have an abortion in Chicago, “the closest place where she could find a doctor that would treat a Black woman,” he said.
The procedure was legal, but “it was botched,” said Coates, a professor of critical race and ethnic studies at Miami University in Ohio. “And she died 400 miles away from her family.

I seriously think that the best thing that could happen to that community would be a pill that took away sexual desire. Not a contraceptive. Just something that made men and women not especially interested in “hooking up”.
Imagine what would happen if people needed to be kind, responsible and interesting in order to attract a partner. Oh, you’re a “bad boy”? Well, that doesn’t turn me on, so I want nothing to do with you. Oh, you twerk and wear skimpy clothing? Well, that doesn’t turn me on, so I want nothing to do with you. It would totally stamp out ghetto culture.
This won’t affect Illinois or any other State with a major liberal city. They already skew the entire state far to the left.
I’m not the slightest bit concerned about the demographics of who will be most inconvenienced in killing their own children.
