The Supreme Court on Thursday curbed the Environmental Protection Agency’s options for limiting greenhouse gas emissions from existing power plants, one of the most important environmental decisions in years.

SCROTUS did something good.
after all these years of a runaway monster in the EPA....
Btt ...
McConnell blocked Garland and forwarded Trump's picks out of self interest due to immense political pressure from the base, not because of any personal convictions, conservative philosophy, or felty to the founding principles of our Nation.
And any goodwill the base had towards him was decimated when he forced through the horrible gun control bill at breakneck speed, which ironically is very un-turtle like.
thank God for Trump
if the EPA had carte blanche to regulate CO2, eventually we’d all be forced to wear carbon capture masks, which we’d only be able to remove to eat our bug meal to have enough energy to ride our bikes from our 300 sq ft apartment to our job at the solar panel factory...
Only a small step.
Now how about the other agencies acting as FIAT dictators creating “Implementing regulations” out of thin air, or “Redefining” law to suit political whims with NO input from congress?
ATF, DOJ, FBI and so many more.
What about the endless abuse of the Interstate Commerce Clause?
“Women and minorities hardest hit”
Spark the regulatory bonfires...
How did the Court cut that off? I heard about the left's idea of setting up clinics on federal lands, but I didn't know the Court stopped that idea.

LOL! BUMP!
Thank You, President in Exile Trump! Happy, Happy! :)
Agreed. This is the message from this court.
there was a ruling just yesterday that state law applies on indian lands.
on large matters yes.
the court is trying to clamp down on liberals using the courts and/or the administrative state to bypass having to pass laws through a legislature or congress.
Nearly ALL of the progress liberals have made over the past few decades is by getting the courts to make laws they couldn’t pass through a legislature, or by getting the administrative state to just make up laws for the same reason.
The court is NOT saying that the government can’t do these things. But it is saying that they have to PASS A LAW (on big things).
;-)
The Supreme Court is really putting together its punches beautifully lately! The big bad liberal wolf is on its knees, gasping for air. These decisions are narrow enough they could keep coming day after day until the big bad wolf is dead!
what’s really amazing is that the court is not even making Conservative rulings!
It’s simply saying... if you want that law, go pass it, don’t come to us to make it.
A REAL conservative court would have simply said abortion is murder and outlawed it nationwide. Giving the baby the constitutional right to life.
Mark Levin. He actually reads the opinions and uses his extensive knowledge of the law to see what it actually means. His show will be well worth listening today.
8^)
Dear President Trump,
upon taking the oath once more in 2025, please make disbanding the EPA and Dept of Education one of your top priorities.
