Russia's 'outdated weapons' no match for Ukraine as 55% of forces WIPED OUT in Donbas

RUSSIA's "outdated weapons" have proven to be no match for Ukrainian defences as the latest intelligence report from the Ministry of Defence (MoD) shows 55 percent of Russian-backed forces have been wiped out in the Donbas region.

With the focus of the conflict heavily concentrated in the Donbas region in and around the strategic industrial city of Severodonetsk, Ukraine has called on the west to supply extra weapons to defend the territory. Russia has announced it has all but captured the city as heavy shelling continues, however, the cost of the operation has taken its toll on Russian personnel, with many killed or injured in the conflict.

According to the latest MoD report: “The Russian authorities have not released the overall number of military casualties in Ukraine since 25 March.

“However, the self-declared Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) publishes casualty figures for DPR forces.

“As of June 16, the DPR acknowledged 2128 military personnel killed in action, and 8897 wounded, since the start of 2022.

“The DPR casualty rate is equivalent to around 55 percent of its original force, which highlights the extraordinary attrition Russian and pro-Russian forces are suffering in Donbas..

“It is highly likely that DPR forces are equipped with outdated weapons and equipment.

Putin’s now raging at Lukashenko to attack Ukraine AND Poland AND Lithuania or he’ll annex Belarus and replace Lukashenko with Yanukovych. Too funny.

Whatever Russia is losing, Ukraine is losing 2-3 times as much. Their casualties are estimated to be 60k to 80k already. And those were its best trained and equipped fighters. After Russia consolidates its occupied territory, it’s on to Odessa. Without NATO intervention they’re doomed to be cannon fodder.

And we know all this how ???

We know the Legend of Snake Island was a lie, we know the Ghost of the Ukrainian Air Force was a lie and taken from a video game.

All of your points could very well be true, we also know the sources reporting them have lied multiple times in the past about this war.

All I’m saying is no one that hasn’t been there to see the situation firsthand has any real idea of what is true and what is propaganda.

We will know what was true when it’s all over.

It’s crazy. I don’t know who’s winning, but I do know we have enough economic and financial troubles here and can’t afford to support Ukraine for a long term.

During the course of a day here on FR, we can get an article that Russia is using “outdated” weapons and is getting wiped out, then in the same day we will get an article that Ukraine is getting hammered and their casualties can’t be sustained.

I thought I was the only one observing that.

So I'm not crazy after all.

I do know that you can not trust anything in our propaganda media anymore. The U.S. media is less trustworthy than Pravda was in the old Soviet Union.

George Soros is willing to fight Russia to the last Ukrainian life to preserve his Ukrainian criminal enterprises.

Just wait till gas hits $10 a gallon, public opinion will quickly turn away from cheering on this war.

“George Soros is willing to fight Russia to the last Ukrainian life”

Only if the Ukrainians want to. They should have all surrendered back in March when they were cut off and surronded.

Putin just fired his general in charge of all southern operations

Nothing says "winning" like firing the guy in charge

Facts on the ground lend to it being true.

If Russia so stroink and competent this war would be over long
time ago, as the Putards claimed it would be, but have been embarrrassed instead. And to pig-headed to admit their error.

Russian collaborators and occupying troops are being blown up and having their throat slit daily and nightly by partisans in temporarily occupied Kherson and Melitopol.

The south has been going south for Putin for the last 4 months and it’s snowballing into another massive debacle for Putin and Russia.

More like raging lunatic. He’s even killing his own ethnic clan particularly when lobbing his own unguided long range artillery. One has to wonder if Lukashenko/Putin are sleeping well these days.

I think Ukraine’s problem is that the Russians have plenty of outdated weapons to use.

It’s now a contest between who has the most stomach for a war of attrition.
