Three white women were randomly and brutally assaulted by a black man in Philadelphia last week. The video of the violent attack has gone viral. The beating was unprovoked, and many feel it should be considered a hate crime. Yet, so far, Philadelphia authorities have been reluctant to treat it as such, and many are wondering if it is because the victims are white.
The attack appears unprovoked, as the women did not know the black man who attacked them. Additionally, he did not attempt to steal anything from them or try any sexual crimes. He targeted three white women, beat them, and then walked away. Given these details, this would have likely been considered a hate crime in any other situation.
I contacted the Philadelphia Police Department and asked them about the incident. They responded, saying it was still under investigation.

did he say i hate you white bitches? did he indicate that he was beating them because they were white?
to me hate crimes in general are stupid. Humans hate. Its human nature, so who cares. Killing is killing. Motive is important only in that its part of how you filter out the non-suspects from the suspects. After that it doesn’t matter at all. The fact that you killed someone is all that matters. Even when determining second degree murder from first degree murder. Do we honestly think that being in a rage is a mitigating factor? Learn some self control. You know what I do when I get in a rage? Walk it off. Go play video games. Get a few minutes to myself. Go fishing. ANYTHING besides becoming violent, if for no other reason than because violence gets you put in jail. Its time we expect more of ourselves and of our children.
The police don’t have time for this, they are too busy with the White Nationalists.
