Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.), a vocal critic of former President Trump, said that some churches have changed from institutions that worshiped God to institutions that worshipped Trump.
Kinzinger, who is one of only two Republicans sitting on the House select committee investigating the events of Jan. 6, 2021, tweeted a video clip of remarks that he made at a conference in April on Friday, stating that the U.S. is in a “leadership crisis.”

Mr Kinzinger can study the Bible. God teaches us a thing or two about unbridled hate.

So in addition to Trump, Kinzinger is now trashing the church and ("to daily lives") the American people.

I stopped going to my church years ago. The (only) priest was a libhole. Some of his sermons were only missing the “I’m barack Obama and I approved this message” at the end.

He’s not wrong about the leadership crisis in churches. When churches cover for their pedophile priests rather than dismissing them, folks lose trust in that church. That goes for both Catholics and evangelicals.

Perhaps Pastor Kinzinger could give us all the words of God that inspire him most? Which Verse supports Baby murder? Which verse enables and protects LGBTQI indoctrination of our children?

Don’t know about his mother, but a bunch of his relatives wrote a letter shaming him for his Trump Derangement Syndrome last year. New York Times even printed it.
Sounds like Adam is trying to be a new “morning joe” and looking for a job on lib TV.
My Catholic priest told us in 2020 that we were morally obliged to vote for President Trump. Other than that, he asks for prayers for the Church and country. Prayer and fasting, and traditional. Catholic devotions (Mass, rosary). No worship of Trump, but no support of baby killing and anti-Christianity either. Note that this priest is Latino, and some of the worst priests I have seen in recent years were Irish.
