Thursday on CNN’s “Erin Burnett OutFront,” Harvard Law professor emeritus Laurence Tribe said that his former student Attorney General Merrick Garland would criminally charge former President Donald Trump.
Burnett asked, “From everything you have seen so far, including the hearing today that focused so much on Trump causing violence against Pence, do you believe the committee has proven that Trump himself knowingly committed crimes?”

I think that’s mainly because those on the right are sensing that there’s now an entire criminal justice system from the cops on the beat to the the judges in all the court systems (and the Congress) that is ready, willing, and anxious to prosecute and persecute them. And while millions of them have assault weapons, they’re aware it’s the military that has the artillery!

That is the role of Marxists lawyers and law professors. Religion has almost nothing to do with it in most cases and I have met some of the worst of them - Kunstler, Kinoy, Peter Weiss, etc.- they use their religious heritage as a diverting tactic from their Marxism, which is also anti-Israel and pro-PLO/Fatah, as well as pro-Iranian mullah fanatics.
I literally destroyed William Kunstler by exposing his fake Judaism that he put forth in the Baltimore Jewish Times, a liberal but pro-America/Israel publication. No one challenged my writing about his MARXIST ideology.

Why don’t you concern yourself with Merrill Garland’s possible future actions, rather than the utterly irrelevant heritage of his old professor who is, after all, just speculating. Idiot.

They might be afraid of Trump but they're certainly not afraid of us. They stole the PRESIDENTIAL election with impunity, then arrested, imprisoned and have been torturing some of those good people who went to protest that monstrous crime on Jan 6th, 2021. Now, more than a year after that steal, they continue rubbing our noses in chit with impunity and there has been NO effective pushback against them nor has anything resembling justice been affected against them. Nor will there be.
Questions: Have any major players in affecting the stolen election been arrested or prosecuted? Have any of the fraud-riddled election systems in swing states been fixed since the steal?
When they arrest Trump there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth from decent people, piles of computer keyboards will be smashed to bits and then the vile, satanic Left will continue on its incredibly successful mission to vaporize traditional America.
And no, I'm not a defeatist or a doomsdayer but a stone cold realist who deals with reality as it is.
That would blow up in the Democrats’ faces. The public is not going to see that as anything other than political - which it obviously would be. If anything, I think that would make more people even more inclined to vote for Trump.
I doubt the Democrats are stupid enough to do that but we’ll see.
I wish to remind people that Lawrence Tribe was the LOSIng lawyer of record in Gore vs Bush on the ballot hi jinx in Florida that went before the supreme court! Once a loser, mentally a lost cause!
