I paid under $3 a gallon for my last propane delivery in rural N Nevada.
2500 gallons would cost $7500-——NOT $75,000.
My annual tank rental on a 325 gallon tank is $55. Don;’t know what a 2500 gallon tank would rent for, but $75,000 is wrong. $75,000 would mean per gallon cost near $30 per gallon.

Not to mention that it is rather significant risk. I’m sure that the tank will be above ground, will require special venting (like commercial tanks), and be well-away from any structures.
I had a 500-gal above ground tank adjacent to an out-building with a buried feed line to my house. There was a minimum separation distance to any occupied structure that had to be maintained. If you wanted to go up against a living structure you were limited to smaller upright tanks with a safety manifold interconnect.
