President Biden said on Sunday that he plans to sign gun safety reforms proposed by a bipartisan group of senators earlier in the day, adding that he hopes legislation comes to his desk soon.

“I want to thank Senator Chris Murphy and the members of his bipartisan group—especially Senators Cornyn, Sinema, and Tillis—for their tireless work to produce this proposal,” Biden said in a statement, calling the proposed legislation the “most significant gun safety legislation to pass Congress in decades.”

There is absolutely no opposition party. There is no resistance.

TREASON is what its called.
I don’t acquire firearms to HUNT. I get them to fight against a tyrannical government that comes knocking at 3am to get rid of opposing views

Between the lines: The core senators behind the deal, Sens. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), John Cornyn (R-Texas), Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) and Thom Tillis (R-N.C.), are still working on writing legislative text, but are confident the deal will have the support of at least 60 senators — the threshold for legislation to pass in the Senate.

He doesn't know yet because they're still writing it but this will give you a general idea; https://www.axios.com/2022/06/12/senators-reach-gun-safety-deal

What exactly is he signing.

A largely toothless bill that doesn't do much to change existing regulations.

None of this is going to reduce gun violence because the inner-city thugs will continue shooting. This is all about disarming white patriot Americans because they’re the one thing standing between freedom and global communism

Always look for the diamond in the rough.

In this case, it is allowing “a slight delay” in background checks for 18-21 year olds while the government “looks for some information”. No time limit, of course, and no boundaries on or definition of the information (you know, like, “no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized”).

Once that’s the law of the land, changing the ages will be simple. Check the final bill to see if they can be changed by executive order.

There shouldnt be a bil, at all, but since the feckless unipsrty created one, There should have been a condition in the bill stating that if another mass shootings happens anywhere, for any reason, then al. The gun laws to date will be terminated for innefectiveness,, and the people’s right to self def3nce will be restored to its original intent, ie “shall not be Infringed” (the founders should have added “shall not be Infringed for any reason, and shall not be picked apart law by law by state legislature making it hard or impossible for ordinary citizens to own and carry. The right to self def3nce comes from God, not the states. When we say “shall not be infringed” we mean by any means, and when we say that folks have the right, we mean they have the right to have any weapon necessary to deter criminals and enemies”

Good question, I went to The Hill website, and they don’t list a House Resolution number, or give any details about the bill.
