They’ve incarcerated unarmed grandmothers. Why wouldn’t they incarcerate a 72 year old man who loves his country and loves prosperity for all?

Contempt of Congress.
They need to indict me.
It is literally not humanly possible to have more contempt for Congress than I do.
If it’s a choice between Congress and Russian nuclear missiles, I’m rooting for the missiles.
They would. I just don't think they will do so with Navarro. It's selective punishment. He was a "player," and throwing him in jail creates a tit for tat retaliation.

Before that, Pelosi, Schumer, Nadler, Biden, Obama, and all the rest should be put on notice that when the power shifts back to the Republicans, investigations should begin with all of the Democratic heirarchy, with the same ruthlessness that the Democrats use.

The House has rules for forming committees. The rules have ZERO fore of law, and are purely internal agreements that supposedly give the minority party a voice in the process. But the minority on Congress is like the dissent in a court case. “Losing side.” This committees was formed in contravention to a rule that says the minority party gets to pick committee members. The GOP picked zero of the people on this committee.
If a majority of Congress issues a subpoena, it is presumed legit. I can;t imagine a court declaring the subpoena to be illegit on account of the makeup of the committee.
And the hook that there is a need for legislative purpose is so easy to meet that the hook might as well not exist. All that has to happen is for the committee to say “legislative purpose” and that that requirement is met, no matter what the committee is actually doing.
Court might say “if the people don;t like it, they know how to elect a different congress.” That exposes another fiction, that either party has integrity.
If they indicted everyone who had contempt for congress that would be at least 150 MILLION indictments.
The only change is escalation by the DEM side, lawfare, abuse of discretion, the only forbidden activities are those with criminal penalties (and there are essentially ZERO of those when it comes to government action).
Both sides abuse power against threats to authority, but it's new to have the aritocrats using lawfare agaisnt each other.
DOJ will appoint a prosecutor. Name might be on the indictment even.
