A high school in a Chicago is implementing a race-based grading system “to adjust classroom grading scales to account for skin color or ethnicity of its students.”
The move is necessary, advocates say, because “traditional grading practices perpetuate inequities,” a slide used in a presentation said. Students, depending on their race, will not be held accountable for missing class, misbehaving in school, or for failing to turn in assignments.

I think the law will view this as outside of the 14th amendment. Honest academic grading is not a right.
Systemic racism on full display ... right up there with the Democrat/Communist Party’s “infirmative action” and “throw ‘em a basketball so they’ll stop murdering people” political positions.
They are receiving Federal funding, no? Is this equal treatment?
It’s race-based affirmative action, which is perfectly constitutional according to SCOTUS.
There is no constitutional right to equal treatment, per se. Only when certain rights are involved, such as criminal trial, voting.

Mary works hard, does all of her homework, and achieved 100 for the semester. Johnny didn't do his homework, didn't pay attention in class, and got a 60 during the semester.
Under socialism, they took 20 points from Mary to give to Johnny, so both would have 80s.
Without fail, the students cried, "that's not fair." They got it...lol.

This won’t help. All grades impacted by this will be viewed askance. I feel bad for those who actually earn the grades. No more Dr. Benjamin Carsons. Nobody will believe them.

I hired a native Nigerian gal. Naturalized US citizen. Excellent software engineer with multiple security certs and a TS clearance. She was a pleasure to have on the team. Her attitude was always positive and demeanor friendly. No surprise, she hails from the Igbo tribe. Her proficiency in the Igbo language has faded with life in English speaking USA environments.
