Sounds equitable.
Black privilege
I guess the victims, in the car, should count their lucky stars that they weren’t arrested and prosecuted.
Nope...White guy....Picture on down in the article...
Criminals are no longer prosecuted.
The Justice people are too busy persecuting the Innocent.
Colorado Antifa shooter Samuel Young, who was convicted of four counts of attempted manslaughter when he shot at a driver trying to flee rioters on the highway in Aurora, was sentenced this week to no prison time. He received only five years of probation instead of the six years in prison that the prosecution sought. He had faced a maximum of 16 years in prison under sentencing guidelines.
Compare that the the Qanon shaman who was sentenced to 41 months in prison for walking around in the Capital building.
andy ngo was right. antifa is a deep state operation.
Meanwhile, Trump supporters rot in prison for walking into the Capitol on Jan 6.
Googled it for more info.
“You have no criminal history, you’re a young person, you are well educated, you have a history of helping others, you are needed at home, and you shot wholly indiscriminately into a crowd of hundreds of people,” said the judge in court before reading the sentence.”
“A witness told police Young “entered a state of shock” and appeared he “was horrified at what he did.”
Young will spend another 70 days in jail after getting credit for time served. He will face years of probation.”
Which side are you on, boys, which side are you on?
Civil this problem. They can play with the criminal justice system with political agents in prosectors clothes, but they can’t do the same in civil damages trials. Discovery will out the political forces paying these BLM and ANTIFA bills and providing command, control, and logistics. It will all lead right back to the Beltway and the FBI. Let a jury in a civil trial find damages for being shot or assaulted by paid “rent-a-mob” agents of the government. Their circus, their monkeys.
“Forget it, Jake - it’s Cheatlorado.”
We need our Pinochet.
Would seem to be an easy matter for someone close to him to get his probation violated.

So this will happen to those who walked and looked around the Capitol on Jan 6, 2021, right?
Right?
