During the Antifa-BLM riots of 2020 protesters in Aurora, Colorado shut down Interstate 255 in the afternoon.

As Cassandra Fairbanks reported at the time — One family in a vehicle attempted to drive through the crowd of protesters that were walking on I-225 in Aurora, Colorado. That’s when an angry protester pulled out a gun and started shooting. The terrorist shot other protesters while trying to shoot the driver of the car.

This was attempted murder in broad daylight captured on video.

At least two protesters were hit or grazed by bullets as the fellow “protester” tried to shoot the driver. There were multiple gunshots directed at the car, but the people inside did not appear to be injured.

Samuel Young was later found guilty on four counts of attempted murder.

But Samuel will not have to serve any time for attempted murder.

I guess the victims, in the car, should count their lucky stars that they weren’t arrested and prosecuted.

Colorado Antifa shooter Samuel Young, who was convicted of four counts of attempted manslaughter when he shot at a driver trying to flee rioters on the highway in Aurora, was sentenced this week to no prison time. He received only five years of probation instead of the six years in prison that the prosecution sought. He had faced a maximum of 16 years in prison under sentencing guidelines.

Compare that the the Qanon shaman who was sentenced to 41 months in prison for walking around in the Capital building.

Googled it for more info.

“You have no criminal history, you’re a young person, you are well educated, you have a history of helping others, you are needed at home, and you shot wholly indiscriminately into a crowd of hundreds of people,” said the judge in court before reading the sentence.”

“A witness told police Young “entered a state of shock” and appeared he “was horrified at what he did.”

Young will spend another 70 days in jail after getting credit for time served. He will face years of probation.”

Civil this problem. They can play with the criminal justice system with political agents in prosectors clothes, but they can’t do the same in civil damages trials. Discovery will out the political forces paying these BLM and ANTIFA bills and providing command, control, and logistics. It will all lead right back to the Beltway and the FBI. Let a jury in a civil trial find damages for being shot or assaulted by paid “rent-a-mob” agents of the government. Their circus, their monkeys.

But the people who were actually shot were also Antifa. The people he was trying to shoot were uninjured. Doubt if the wounded are going to sue a ‘comrade’.

They were guilty of fleeing the scene of an accident. Throw the book at them. They could have stayed and take their bullets like a man.
