I agree! Especially since Mastriano has endorsed Kathy Barnette and been together at rallies with her. Maybe he endorsed Mastriano because his endorsement of OZ is failing?

His political instincts are good. But Trump's Achilles is his personnel instincts. They're a virtual dumpster fire. Sessions, the Mooch, Bolton, Tillersn, Mattis, Giuliani, McCabe, Nikki Haley, Sally Yates, Flynn, Hope Hicks, Reince Priebus, Rod Rosenstein. Oh, and Pence.

Trusting his election picks is just as dangerous.

I live in Montgomery County, right outside Philly. No Mastriano signs here. I am voting for Bill McSwain on Tuesday.

Josh Shapiro, the Dem running for governor, is running ads against Mastriano because he knows he can beat him.

Mastriano VOTED for mail in ballots in 2019. He wanted HIPPA temporarily suspended because of COVID.

He hung up on an interview with the Delaware Valley Journal which is friendly media. He used to be on the Dom Giordano show but hasn’t since running for governor. Dom is a conservative whose show is big in the Philly market.

Mastriano won’t face friendly media now, how will he handle hostile lib media?

Mastriano will LOSE in November because he will be clobbered in the counties around Philly.

Josh Shapiro is a deceiver who acts moderate but will be WORSE than Wolf. He was all in on making sure Trump lost PA
in 2020 and will ensure another steal in 2024.

So much for Trump being a master chess player. He messed up with this endorsement and it may earn him another loss in 2024.

There has been a lot of corruption and backstabbing in Pennsylvania GOP politics over the years. I think Trump’s endorsements this year in PA have been driven entirely by his desire to support the candidates who the state GOP establishment hates the most.

The drive-bys want to make Trump into a loser Tuesday night with Dr. Oz losing the primary here in PA which very well might happen.

Mastriano has this race sewn up although a vote harvesting operation involved a now former aide to Pennsylvania Republican Chairman Lawrence Tabas has been revealed in recent weeks by the “Philadelphia Inquirer”.

Trump compromised with RINO’s in PA in 2020 getting his own person to run his campaign in the state in exchange for the RINO’s retaining control of the party here.

I drove through a little of eastern PA this morning on my way towards Lancaster, and Oz signs were EVERYWHERE. Saw some Mastriano signs, but nowhere near the same amount. Saw one Barnett sign, but she did have the digital billboards on the t-pike lit up.

Honestly, I don't know. I never let perfect be the enemy of good - everyone's a little ugly.

But while Trump was a magnificent President and his election arguably saved the nation from diving into the abyss, AND gave freedom a much needed monoclonal antibody boost, his personnel decisions are awful.

I'm not saying I go for the person NOT endorsed by Trump, but a good statistical study on his anti-picks would be worthwhile.
