This was the bill that allows killing a baby at term and it only lost by a couple? Geezus.

Protests at Manchin’s place. Promoted by peppermint patty no doubt.

Ha ha.

If this Roe v Wade news is true, that’s a huge step in regenerating the U.S.

They will fight tooth and nail, though.

Joe Manchin was with us, this time.

A 50-50 the would have been broken by Kamala, which then could have led to a motion to change the filibuster rule. So we sidestepped some things here by Manchin’s vote.

Yes I know he’s a Democrat, and yes I know he said he supported abortion rights legislation. I’m just happy to take whatever victories we can get.

I hope that Senator Schumer and the democrats realize how many people feel abortion is seriously wrong. Harry Blackmun was a slob and Roe vs Wade was unconstitutional and he knew it but pushed it through anyway because he was a servant of Satan. Bet he could use some air conditioning right now.

If he joins the GOP, Schumer is no longer majority leader. Committee chairs are lost to the Dems. Please don’t throw Manchin in the briar patch, boss.

Sinema is no moderate and voted for infanticide, but at least she would be dependable on the filibuster.

Abortion on demand and up to the moment of birth with no restrictions.
It’s pure evil. I would hope they would simply filibuster it and require 60 votes if it were really in danger of passing.
I do delight in the fact that Manchin seems to be the Dems version of John McCain. He’s loving it.

Every 'Rat Senator other than Manchin is now on record as a pro-abortion extremist supporting infanticide. Good!

Yup, been saying so for months. He will be the “sane alternative” for Dems. Problem is, their crooked superdelagate rules will bury him.
