Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) backed up celebrity doctor Mehmet Oz on Tuesday, calling attacks on his dual U.S.-Turkish citizenship “unsavory.”
Oz’s campaign for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania has faced scrutiny for his close ties to Turkey, a nation run by autocrat Recep Tayyip Erdogan. In addition to his dual citizenship he has pledged to revoke if elected, resurfaced photos showed Oz voted in Turkey’s most recent presidential election while reportedly not voting in America’s election.

Graham himself is definitely ‘unsavory’. Many reasons for a NO on Oz that have nothing to do with his dual citizenship.

Agree. If you want to run for office you should have to give up dual citizenship. No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.
If Graham and Cruz support Oz, then that is enough to vote for Barnette.

I believe there are several congress people who have dual citizenship. Cruz WAS one of them.
There are wquite a few of those, and I think close to all of Congress would accept a dual citizen as POIUS. Congress is majority globalist. The political science indoctrination has been going "that way" for 100 years. Gloablism is inevitable, line up to tkae your place in the new pecking order.
