Seeing the "sausage-making" at the Supreme Court may not be such a bad thing.
We're on the edges of our seats every June, as the Justices drop their opinions and then take off for the Summer.
For once, and maybe the only time, we'll be able to see the changes/amendments/alterations.
Some folks dont have the stomach to see sausage being made...
Except there may very well be changes that would otherwise not be made, once the left manages to scare the daylights out of those justices with kids.
I doubt the leak is real, or at least what it claims to be.
Put the draft up for a vote and gavel the session. The longer this kicks about the worse things will become.
A 4/4 would let Roe stand.

It strikes me as Kavanaugh being the weak link.

I don’t think any of the justices leaked it or even their staffs.
More likely that someone gained access to a computer or somehow stumbled on it and then leaked it.
One more though here. The left may have shot themselves in the foot. It could be that since this was leaked the Court will keep this so as to send the message that leaks don’t work and won’t. It may be that way even if other Justices were leaning toward moderating the opinion of changing sides.
As a side note to this thread, abortion issue may be an attempt to distract from Dinesh D’Souza “2000 Mules.”

If the leak was intended to intimidate the justices, it is a big backfire. If someone switches sides, they will clearly be seen as caving into the pressure. Their only option would be to steel their decision and find better ways of justifying it. Meanwhile, if the leaker is found among a leftist judge’s staff, there will be enormous pressure for HER to recuse herself.
The right thing for SCOTUS to do is to issue the finding this afternoon. But they haven’t done the right thing since Dred Scott, and possibly even before.
The rumor is that the 5 vote majority was Alito, Thomas, Kavanaugh, Barrett, and Gorsuch, while Roberts sided with the left.
