What’s the point of Texas, since we’ll likely not permit them to groom here either?

So we have a rat hack Judge who is supposed to be a non political part of the judiciary sticking his nose in this. Typical.

No bias, bigotry, and partisanship on display by the judge? Seems like he should be investigated, kicked off the bench, and disbarred.

No way anyone can expect fair hearing from this judge. I wonder if and how many past cases might be revisited and how his current and future would come under suspicion?

So a dumb perverse libtard pretends to speak for an entire county of Texas without their consent 🤪

How tyrannical of him

Is the judge going to give Disney special tax breaks and total legal autonomy that nobody else in Texas gets?

Yeah.

I have found the Disney special status troubling for some time but figured it was Florida's business. What Disney has been doing on the nationwide scene is another story and I have been strongly against that for some time.

No one should have the deals Disney has gotten.

Although Colorado and Texas see the move of Disney to their states with dollar signs dancing before their eyes, given the deteriorating status of Disney in the public arena, I believe this would prove DISASTROUS to both Disney and their new state residence. The “reason” behind the move and the years it would take to rebuild would mean they would be getting an uber porn/woke “amusement” center which most certainly would not attract the same crowd of people. Families with small children would not transfer their affections or wallets to such a franchis relocation....IMHO.

And folks think that Texas is going to remain the “Conservative, Red State” it’s touted to be for how much longer?

While Disney could conceivably create another theme park -- and they've scouted out areas over the years -- they are NOT going to shut down their Florida operations and move it somewhere else.

All these politicians are just posturing and signaling.

Well, I’ll tell you this idiot judge from on of the most liberal counties in Texas can shyte in one hand and wish in the other and see which one fills up first. Regardless of what the liars on the left tell you we Texans are not going to allow this.......it’s good ol’ Texas BS!!

Can someone explain why a county judge from ANY state would even be making statements like this?

Boob bait for Bubbas.

He is a democrat county judge (basically the county mayor) in a democrat controlled county that is a suburb of Houston. He is playing to his base.

Now they just have to find 25,000 acres (39 sq mi) of unused land in the Houston area. Easy peasy.

I can’t even imagine dismantling and moving it, or of starting all over. You’re right, it’d cost many billions.

Excellent idea, but Ron would never go for it. He’s too proud.
