I didn’t know the Australians had country music, but after I read your post, my friend in Australia sent me these 3. I am sure there are others.
Oz used to rock
Pulling Back the Reins - K.D. Lang

and Luck in My Eyes

Patsy Cline: "Walkin' after Midnight"
Yeah that’s good stuff!
Czechs also have country music fans, and at least a couple radio stations with American-style country music.

Actually, I kind of miss my old home, even if it’s cold. 😀
The Johnnys - Greenback Dollar
Ever listened to this group?
Keeping the Wolves Away
Uncle Lucius

This song gives me a chill, having grown up near the chemical plants on the Gulf Coast and hearing stories from kids at school whose dad or brother was injured or killed in an accident.
This song says “on a French owned ship in Galveston Bay” but it was actually referring to a chemical plant explosion that injured his father. DuPont?
None of what follows is standard issue “country” music. All clean though.
This one is more Appalachia Blues. (My own title for it is “getting old hurts”).
Rainstorms In My Knees by Agnostic Mountain Gospel Choir

This one’s... I donno. Not a genre expert. I think of it as “the perspective song”.
Brown Bird - Bilgewater

This one self identifies as Dark Swamp Blues.
“SON OF A WITCH” | DARK SWAMP BLUES on the Dobro Duolian Resonator Guitar

The following are more what folks expect by “country”, or at least “western”.
Tim Montana - Stronger Than You
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=klSC9QzmGzo
Jessta James - Loaded Gun
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIz-pyOmfx4
Mean Mary - Dark Woods

With all due respect to Merle Haggard, I like George Strait’s version of “The Seashores of Old Mexico”:
“Not country but definitely western...”
We got both kinds of music, Country and Western.
Pledging My Love
David Allen Coe

A tribute to Johnny Ace
it is a great song. His voice delivers such emotion.
“Kaw-Liga” Del Shannon version
“Misty” Ray Stevens
This is a song that captures the work of those who toil every day, with very little appreciation from so many people:
Others too, I suspect.
