This is all because we intervened in Somalia in the Blackhawk Down era.
Somalia was a Soviet client state and we had zero obligations to do anything there. But we interjected ourself in the warlord fueled famine.

Hey. Just saying. If I heard a passenger saying “Allahu Akbar” on a plane aloud in prayerful tones, I would find that extremely alarming, and I don’t think the vast majority of normal Americans would disagree with me.
I am certain she knows why The Lord’s Prayer and Hail Mary spoken aloud in prayerful tones don’t elicit the fight or flight response in people on a plane.
