Two Buffalo police officers were justified in pushing a 75-year-old activist who suffered a skull fracture, an arbitrator ruled nearly two years after the incident.
Officers Robert McCabe and Aaron Torgalsk had no other course of action than to push away an approaching Martin Gugino, 75, when he was objecting to a protest curfew.
Gugino had been protesting police June 4, 2020, just days after the death of George Floyd.

Gugino was not just an activist, he was an AGITATOR/SPY equipped with sophisticated Electronics Radio Hacking Gear, and using a hand held RFID scanner to Hack Police Radios, Radio Frequencies, and shut down Police Emergency Radio Communication.
The Cops should have stomped him good, and sent him to prison for 20 years.
Hacking Police Emergency Radio Communications is a Felony.
I remember that.
Yeah. I remember that. My liberal sister in Manhattan at the time got into an argument with me after I said he was an agitator.
some old guy just got manhandled for putting a Biden sticker on a gas pump
As I recall the guy was asking for it. Well, he got it
When the cops are right, I’m with the cops 100%.
THIS F-ING GUY.
When this happened, I had seen that this activist had tried to antagonize the police many times. One of my liberal neighbors was walking his dog and stopped to chat with me and mentioned this happening as it was just a few days earlier.
I told him the guy got what he deserved and was verbally pummeled with ‘Oh, but he is elderly!!!!! Police Brutality!!!!! He is in the ICU!!!’ and so on and so forth...”
To this day, my liberal neighbor still won’t speak to me, just nod without looking at me.
How can you hack anything with a scanner? Lots pf people I know have scanners and I don’t know anyone actually doing anything with them.
News Video shows Gugino actually walked toward the cops, stepped in their path, and brushed the chest radio microphones of both Officers with a scanning/hacking device held in his right hand.
I saw the video and it struck me that he took a dive but didn’t the physical strength to avoid cracking his head.
Interesting, I never knew that. Guess he got what he deserved then.
Ya get the frequency and encryption, like you do off a Tap-To-Pay credit card, if it's done correctly.
Conversely, it's perfectly normal behavior for ordinary innocent people to step in front of Cops, block their way and scan police radios, not suspicious at all, it happens everyday.
Was that the old man they shoved from behind. He went down hard.Lol.
Thanks for clearing that up; at the time I was on the side of the old guy.
See my post #12
You have one too? My reactionary liberal sister lives in Brooklyn
He forgot how old he was and that his body is made up mostly of chalk at this point.
I remembered “Person of Interest” and the scanner….
Normally I’m against cops manhandling the elderly, but if that old fool was playing games well he set himself up for that. Just being elderly doesn’t mean one has carte blanche to act the fool.
