Humanity has less than three years to halt the rise of planet-warming carbon pollution, UN climate experts warned Monday, with any delay to peak greenhouse gas emissions likely to result in smashing through warming targets.
The UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change said emissions have to peak before 2025 and drop sharply to keep even the more conservative Paris treaty warming goal of two degrees Celsius in play.
"We are at a crossroads," said IPCC chief Hoesung Lee. "The decisions we make now can secure a liveable future. We have the tools and know-how required to limit warming."
Reports from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change are considered the most authoritative assessments of the state of global warming, its impacts and the measures being taken to tackle it.
Capping global warming at 1.5C without overshooting the mark by a wide margin will require investing about $2.3 trillion a year.

I thought climate change was an obvious hoax. Now that we see the election fraud. The Russian impeachment hoax, the vaccine hoax. The southern border hoax. How can anyone still believe that climate change is not a hoax.
The earth has been far warmer and far colder, long before we ever showed up. And its more comfortable if its warmer. More farm land. More land all together, because northern Russia and Canada becomes farmland with every degree of warmth.

The UN needs to lead the way by banning all air travel for every member and employee. They can do business by phone from now on.

Best thing to do with the UN building would be to implode it while fully occupied and bulldoze the rubble into the East River.
2021 was alleged to have been the 6th warmest year on record. Global temperature dropped. The peak was 2016 and it has been falling since.
