Remember the Evil Queen in Disney’s animated classic “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” (1937)? “Mirror, mirror, on the wall …” and all that. She was pretty scary.
But not nearly as scary as what Disney is doing today.
It’s hard to conceive how twisted and immoral Disney Studios—where I once worked on two feature films—has become, but I will let the estimable Chris Rufo of City Journal explain what went on at one of the company’s meetings, dubbed the “Reimagine Tomorrow Conversation Series.”
“In a featured presentation at the meeting, executive producer Latoya Raveneau laid out Disney’s ideology in blunt terms. She said her team was implementing a ‘not-at-all-secret gay agenda’ and regularly ‘adding queerness’ to children’s programming. Another speaker, production coordinator Allen Martsch, said his team has created a ‘tracker’ to ensure that they are creating enough “canonical trans characters, canonical asexual characters, [and] canonical bisexual characters.’ Corporate president Karey Burke said she supported having ‘many, many, many LGBTQIA characters in our stories’ and reaffirmed the company’s pledge to make at least 50 percent of its on-screen characters sexual and racial minorities.”
Oh, good. And lest you think the theme parks will be spared, such fogeyish, discriminatory terms as “ladies,” “gentlemen,” “boys,” and “girls” are to be eliminated in favor of making family excursions to Anaheim and Orlando “magical and memorable for everyone,” evidently including 4-year-old transexuals.
One can imagine—“reimagine tomorrow,” in their parlance— that the nightly procession of Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy, et al., that traditionally ended an evening at Disneyland will now resemble the annual Gay Pride Parade in West Hollywood or even the Fulton Street Fair that is the highlight of San Francisco’s “Leather Pride Week.”
What’s going on here—other than the destruction of Western civilization as we knew it, leavened by a rather significant dollop of sickening child abuse?
Well, part of it is evidently rage at Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s new Parental Rights in Education Bill that is called the “Anti-Gay Bill” by the braindead choir in the mainstream media (I even saw it in a supposedly neutral AP headline), although the words “gay” or “homosexual” aren’t mentioned even once in the bill whose obvious intention is that children only learn about sexuality of any kind in an age-appropriate manner.
We might add that while this is going on, education in our country, in general, is execrable. Our kids may be being force-fed some “woke” version of sexuality but they sure aren’t learning much about reading and math.
Schools everywhere are giving up on the SATs. They might as well. The tests were already dumbed down and readjusted significantly about 20 years ago, when the average score, meant to be 500, had fallen into the low-400s.
As for Disney, it’s important to remember this isn’t just a one-off collection of wokeys enjoying their minimal power at a secret meeting (whose contents are only known because of a leak, obviously for fear it will be found out and people will stop attending their offerings).
The Walt Disney Co. is, next to Comcast, the biggest entertainment and communications company in the entire world. They own not only Walt Disney Studios, but also Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, 20th Century Studios, 20th Century Animation, and Searchlight Pictures.
Further, from Wikipedia:
“Disney’s other main business units include divisions in television, broadcasting, streaming media, theme park resorts, consumer products, publishing, and international operations. Through these various segments, Disney owns and operates the ABC broadcast network; cable television networks such as Disney Channel, ESPN, Freeform, FX, and National Geographic; publishing, merchandising, music, and theater divisions; direct-to-consumer streaming services such as Disney+, Star+, ESPN+, Hulu, and Hotstar; and Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, a group of 14 theme parks, resort hotels, and cruise lines around the world.”
So that conversation at the “Reimagine Tomorrow Conversation Series” has ramifications for virtually every citizen on planet Earth, sooner or later.
We can only hope that its content will be trumpeted far and wide because most parents, we can assume, would be appalled. Unless the company is truly self-destructive, it will have to stop.
One wonders too what Xi Jinping thinks of all this, if he does, at this point. (There are Disneylands in Shanghai and Hong Kong.) He probably is already having a laugh at all this woke nonsense, as is, undoubtedly, Vladimir Putin. If there ever were a sign of American weakness, this is it.
And finally, we wonder what old Walt would think. He had his issues, as we know. But he was creative and original, way more creative than these woke dorks. They couldn’t produce a film on the level of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” or, for that matter, write a song as optimistic and beautiful as “When You Wish Upon a Star” to save their you know whats.
In fact, what they are doing, the havoc they are making, may ultimately be motivated by envy of that incredible artistry of the Hollywood and Disney that was.
Another business that forgot the customer.
I wonder how long the Disney parks will stay open when only the queer families go there.
What percentage of the world are they putting such a focus on?
And what percentage of their market are sick of having this woke nonsense shoved down our throats 24/7?
As the saying goes, shut up and sing.
There are NOT enough gays to support the former income of Disney.

Normal moral people do not try to talk about sexual,fantasies and perferted sexual acts with children, nor do they try to brainwash children into becoming queen or deviant. Only sick pedo perverts do such things.
Destantis should start a national “Leave the Kids Alone!” Campaign, and Conservatives in congress shoukd support him, as shoukd conservative states, and should say it every chance they get. The left are are no longer secretive about their intentions, and they deserve to be shamed every chance possible for being the shamless perverts that they are
The problem is that many, most liberals infact, support Disney, and Wil. Keep going. Heck a lot of so called,conservatives will too, because they have no sense of moral decency, or very little anyways. Look at sports. They went woke, and lost hard-core conservatives because of it, but too many mediocre co servstives and liberals,keep,going and keeping thr sports lucrative. Filthy lucre. Many have no intention of standing up for moral r3asons unfortunately, so the businesses keep on thriving.

I sold all my stock in Disney this week. My broker told me had, just that morning, two other clients call to sell all their shares, and they weren’t the first. They said “we don’t want any part of this woke sh*t.”
I told him, “I think Disney is about to see how the people who have always bought their products respond to this.” The “woke” crowd vastly over-estimates its numbers, because of the outsized presence they have in media.
Don’t say Disney.

Disney seems bent on self-destruction.
“What percentage of the world are they putting such a focus on?”
It’s not just the hundredth of a percentage delusionals that they are focusing on but the tens of millions of “normals” that support the delusionals. They are the real abettors and promoters of this collective insanity.
And they are recruited by a single question... “Why would you be against trans pursuing their happiness? Are you a hater?”
The guil trip contained in that simple question (argument) gets all the libs and especially the women not just to fall in line, but to become activists in their support.

Honestly, I wouldn’t mind seeing 1) a Cat 5 hurricane go right across Florida and through the middle of Disney World`, and 2) a rather large quake hit California, epicentered in Anaheim.
