A federal judge has found that former President Donald Trump "more likely than not" committed felony obstruction in the effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election. The judge said Trump's former lawyer John Eastman must turn over documents to the Jan. 6 House committee investigating the attack on the U.S Capitol.

Let me get this straight. Trump was asking for investigations and that is obstructing justice?
A just casts a verdict in a case where Trump is not even being tried directly.
How much more inappropriate can it get?
So a mugger beats you and if you try to take him to court, you obstruct justice. What a crock by this lawless regime. And I hate the Asspress more than I have words to describe.

Judge David Carter.
Trump was not trying to “overturn” the election. That is begging the question and works on the assumption that Biden’s vote was legitimate. Trump was trying to correct the fraud.
Probably that same guy that sat on the bench for Gen. Flynn.
Isn’t this prejudice an excuse to get a new judge. Might be intentional on the judge’s part to get out of a situation?
The Judge is David Carter. He was appointed by Clinton.

They are desperate to nail him with some sort of “insurrection” charge. He can’t run in 2024 (or any other year) if they can ram through a verdict.
