CHEMICAL ATTACKS WILL BE MET IN KIND!!
“Release the Brandon!”
Sounds just like the race hoaxers in the US and their imaginary nooses.
The USA has no moral superiority in this particular regard, having used WillyPeter indiscriminately itself.
If it was Trump or any other Republican other than Romney itwould read…
“ Ukraine’s president claims, without evidence, that invading Russian forces of using white phosphorus…”
So?
WP is used for smoke, and it is great for setting stuff on fire. Mixed HE and WP is called “Shake and Bake.”
President Volodymyr Zelensky said during a virtual address to NATO leaders...
Now there’s a reliable source.
Not a chemical attack. Had white phosphorus used on us in Afghanistan. It sets fires. But totally different than napalm. Standard HE is usually more effective.
I no longer believe anything out of Zelensky’s mouth...simply put....he’s a USA puppet.
Uncle Sham wants me?
Exactly. Saw the results in Vietnam.
So what. We used WP in Vietnam.
It’s been in use since WW1.
No real shock here. Industries use white phosphorus to manufacture chemicals used in fertilizers, food additives, and cleaning compounds. Russia makes and exports a lot of fertilizer. In the past, it was used as a pesticide and in fireworks.
The military uses white phosphorus in various types of ammunition as an incendiary agent, because it spontaneously catches fire in air.
Protocol III of the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons is one of the V Russia did sign for.
Protocol I restricts weapons with non-detectable fragments
Protocol II restricts landmines, booby traps
Protocol III restricts incendiary weapons
Protocol IV restricts blinding laser weapons (adopted on October 13, 1995, in Vienna)
Protocol V sets out obligations and best practice for the clearance of explosive remnants of war, adopted on November 28, 2003, in Geneva
Protocol III on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Incendiary Weapons prohibits, in all circumstances, making the civilian population as such, individual civilians or civilian objects, the object of attack by any weapon or munition which is primarily designed to set fire to objects or to cause burn injury to persons through the action of flame, heat or a combination thereof, produced by a chemical reaction of a substance delivered on the target.
The protocol also prohibits the use of air-delivered incendiary weapons against military targets within a concentration of civilians, and limits the use of incendiary weapons delivered by other means.
The term object of attack is where it breaks down. That would be hard to prove if there were combatant troops in the immediate vicinity.

This was claimed and debunked in Syria.
