When has any war been pre-approved by Congress? Always seems the executive branch puts boots on the ground first and then dares Congress to either support war or be labeled unpatriotic.
Not that Biden’s ramblings have any basis in reality but you do understand that a president can commit to military action without a declaration of war and that most military actions in our history have taken place without one, including when Founding Fathers were in office, right?
Biden has nearly provoked WW3 already.
