If investigated by a reputable detective service, it would likely be found that he has done things to deserve a prison sentence. He’s got issues that have more to do with his participation in organized crime/racketeering than his mental state. He could be treated for his insanity in prison, but I doubt if it would help much.

As another Freeper posted, Stern is welcome to jam as many jabs as he wants into his body, and he’s more than welcome to wear as many layers of masks as he likes (I recommend a full face, hermetic mask for maximum protection, Howard). But for me? I choose freedom to decide for myself what risks I’m willing to take.
