Former Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) said Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that Sen. Lindsey Graham’s (R-SC) questioning of Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson was “awkward.”
Guest-host Alex Wagner said, “Claire, what of the drama starring Lindsey Graham, written by Lindsey Graham, lighting and costumes by Lindsey Graham? Lindsey Graham brought the fireworks, the drama, this afternoon when he took his moment to question Judge Jackson to unleash a litany of complaints about how conservatives have been mistreated in hearings and otherwise more broadly in society and stormed out of the hearing. Linda is terrible but Clair McCaskill is absolutely VILE.
McCaskill is a lot like Algore.
- During their time in office, both were spun as moderates by the corporate media.
- During their time in office, both were seen as moronic lightweights by clear-thinking people.
- After their time in office, both turned into strident leftists.
It remains to be seen if Clair will be able to cash-in in the same way that algore did…
I think LG did good at the hearing. He made an excellent point about the bias in the media and the Democrat party.
He also should’ve continued to pursue KBJ’s advocacy to free TERRORISTS. Does nobody care about that?? She worked on behalf of freeing terrorists out of Gitmo...many who are now killing people in Afghanistan and who still consider themselves as at war with America.
If advocating for the release of terrorists whose life goal is to kill Americans doesn’t disqualify you for SCOTUS, what does? Having beer parties in high school?

Lindsey Graham was 100% correct on asking questions about GTMO. Those “people” were released and are now making life a living hell for our allies in AFG. She should have to answer for that.
Linda threw a hissy fit at the Kavanaugh hearing too.
She probably meant to call him a drama queen, but I guess that would have been awkward, from her viewpoint.
