‘It means the end of Putin’: Former NATO commander Wesley Clark explains Ukraine war
NY Post ^ | 3/2/22 | Wesley Clark

Posted on 03/03/2022 1:10:30 PM PST by Bloodandgravy

Q: What moves could the United States make beyond sanctions right now that would help protect Ukraine?

A: The most important move now is for the president to announce Vladimir Putin is a war criminal. Really. This gives enormous diplomatic leverage and a greater incentive to help the campaign.

... Q: You advocate a no-fly zone?

A: Absolutely. The airspace belongs to Ukraine. If they ask for help, why can’t we fly airplanes in there? Say, oh, it’s because of the Russians, they might come up and contest it. That’s the Russians’ problem. They’re going to get shot down. Okay, then what? Putin says he’s going to use a nuclear weapon. If we back away from that challenge, if we don’t confront it, this is like a two-pair poker bluff, for incredibly high stakes.

[Hillary and Obama showed him! She went one further and broke Libya into pieces, and started a civil war which is still going on. ]

Gaddafi got his just desserts for:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTA_Flight_772
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pan_Am_Flight_103

And the Libyan civil war had been brewing for decades. Until the Syrian revolt gave his opponents heart, Gaddafi appeared to be too strong to challenge.

Turns out that unlike Saddam, Gaddafi had feet of clay, relatively speaking. Saddam withstood a decade’s worth of air strikes and required a full-scale invasion to topple. Gaddafi? Not so much. Gaddafi was just less competent than Saddam as a dictator.

“Macron seemed genuinely shook.”

Only a moron would genuinely shook by this “news.” Macron qualifies.

Wesley Clark, Clinton Era suck-up. Didn’t he run for president for about two days? A hot war really brings the old dogs out of the woodwork.

I’m waiting for adults to emerge. To be fair though- this is a real mess with conflicting agendas. Energy costs and availability, national sovereignty, NWO goals, nuclear fears...shifting or changing alliances in the EU and NATO. The US with a weak and confused president. And Putin.

If anything goes right it’ll be by accident.

Also the Ukes need to hold out for a few more weeks to beat France’s surrender time.

The airspace does belong to Ukraine.

No one in the current Socialist Democrat regime has any say about airspace, ground space, borders, and autonomy. They're actively aiding an invasion across our borders.

Clark is an idiot and a hillary/dimocrat lackey. I was stationed in Holland when he was in charge of NATO in the 90s. He was pretty impressed with himself.

No. The most important thing is to ship arms and ammunition to Ukraine. Let them do the fighting, they are already showing they are more than capable. As their own president said, I need ammunition, not a lift.
