This old bag full of gas needs to just shut up.
The news outlets love banging the war drums when the commies have the WH.

Twenty years later and Wesley Clark is still trying to start WWIII.

Of course, it would take the wind out of the sail of the Climate Change crowd.

New from today:

Climate Change is weaponized Russian propaganda. The Russians took Europe [especially Germany] right off the chessboard by getting the "you're-a'peein' Greenies" to go all in on Wind and Solar.

Feel free to mock any American or Canadian Greenies with that, especially since they're also OO-Crane peacehuggers, too.

[So you think the U.S should play continuous world cop. Good luck with that]

World cop? No. Gaddafi killed hundreds of American civilians in cold blood. He was the recipient of an infinitesimal % of the death and destruction he dealt out.

Our policy has mostly been if you kill large numbers of Americans the way Gaddafi did, we might or might not come after you. But you’ll be looking over your shoulder for the rest of your life.

Gaddafi was a nasty mofu. But no more so than countless other nasty dictators round the globe. Many of which are or have been snuggled up to by Uncle Sam at one time or another. Regardless. The war was still illegal. Like I said, if a country like the U.S can go to war against another on whatever their chosen pretext is, than I guess it’s open slather in international relations. A free for all

US General Weaselly Clark, the Butcher of Belgrade. Famous for almost startling WWIII and slaughtering Serb civilians during a made-up war on Christians who were fighting off muslim invaders.

Q: You advocate a no-fly zone?
A: Absolutely.

There he goes again with the WWIII crap. He needs something more than staying quiet - unless you are thinking of administering ‘quietus’, as the Romans did.

We wouldn’t care if Gaddafi had killed hundreds of Chadians or hundreds of Egyptians. Not our problem. His mistake was in killing *Americans*. We were updating the cost-benefit calculations of bad guys around the world. Target significant numbers of Americans, and spend the rest of your life worrying about that bolt from the blue. It might never come - but you never know.

A lot of Serbs died fighting the Axis. Fat lot of good them in the end. Cluntoon and NWO buddies decided it’s ok to cut a chunk of the heart and soul out of Serbia and hand it to Albanian muslims.

That’s the way it is in the real world. It’s a world of tactical alliances. Stalin allied with Hitler. When Hitler attack Stalin, we allied with Stalin anyway. Was it a mistake? It was *necessary* because the alternatives were worse. That’s the way life often is - choices range from bad to worse. That’s why we were *allies*, not friends. Rome had plenty of allies it later warred on and conquered.

I don’t think you understand what’s at stake in Ukraine. It’s not a matter of principles. The issue is a Russian victory means Russia’s manpower goes up by 1/3. Russia becomes stronger, and the West becomes weaker. That’s 40m people available to man Russia’s armies and to produce supplies for those armies.

Let me reach back in history for an example - during Alexander’s campaigns, he conquered one polity after another. He committed numerous atrocities against the cities that chose to resist by fighting behind city walls instead of surrendering or facing him in the open on the battlefield - slaughtering the men and selling the women and children into slavery:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Thebes#Destruction_of_Thebes
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_the_Persian_Gate#Aftermath

At every stage in his campaigns, his armies incorporated the people from the defeated kingdoms. It got to the point that he killed one of his closest aides, Cleitus, who was incensed over his use of Persian recruits.

Nobody cares about African disputes because they’re not in a position to pose a real threat. Russia is right next to Europe. A Russia that owns Europe is a Russia with a bigger economy and a bigger population than the US. Even Hitler had to start small - with Czechoslovakia. Russia is starting out with a land mass 50x Germany’s and a population 2x Germany’s. We don’t need Russia getting any bigger.

Stalin allied with Hitler.

Well I think more it was a case that Stalin and Hitler felt they would have the advantage over the other with the Pact, and both were gambling their side would be the beneficiary.

Stalin was hoping a war in the West would bleed the German, French and British armies dry, so the Red Army could easily swoop in and grab Europe.

Hitler was hoping the British and French would back down on their support of Poland, which would then free up Hitler for his inevitable war on Russia.

Stalin wasn't counting on France falling in such a way that the German Army for the most part would remain intact, and able to invade Russia. And Britain and France still declared War on Germany. So things didn't quite go the way either wanted.

I don’t mean they were friends. I mean they were allies. An ally is a friend of convenience, or not a genuine friend at all. They were thieves dividing up the loot (Poland). The US understood that non-intervention would lead to a Europe controlled by either Germany or Russia, which would have the resources to expand towards the Americas.
