It's time for America to stop letting the coronavirus “dictate how we live,” President Joe Biden’s White House declared Wednesday, outlining a strategy to allow people to return to many normal activities safely after two years of pandemic disruptions.
One highlight is a new “test to treat” plan to provide free antiviral pills at pharmacies to people who test positive for the virus.
The 90-page National COVID-19 Preparedness Plan spells out initiatives and investments to continue to drive down serious illness and deaths from COVID-19, while preparing for potential new variants and providing employers and schools the resources to remain open.

Election year BS. We’ll never be Covid free as long as these commies have their way.
Any talk of reversing mandates in light of the “science” changing with Omicron? (Yes, I do know that it’s ALL politics, but the mandates are highly unpopular and the labor market is in the tank because of them.)
Also, any word on the mask requirements on planes, trains, and buses being allowed to quietly drop after the current order expires on March 18th?
We in the free state of Florida haven’t let it dictate how we live for over a year now.
I would suggest anybody that has should wake the hell up and live your life.
The only way to control how we live is to develop and administer a true vaccine to leftists. A true vaccine “takes care” of the infection.
Why, you would almost think an election was coming up and Mr. “I will shut down the virus” party is in trouble.

Both of my teens are still masked 7 hours a day. One in a private HS in CA who will end the masking March 14th thank God. But that’s still weeks away.
The other is a Cal State freshman still masked indoors even in his dorm. No end date has been stated for mandatory masking at Cal State’s 23 campuses (except for San Luis Obispo and East Bay). Only UC Berkeley (surprise!) is ending indoor masking of all the 10 UC campuses (UC Davis won’t end the mask mandate due to what they call “change fatigue”).
Stanford University today announced an end to indoor masking “except for classrooms, but students can now remove the mask when speaking.”
Hey Joe, how many people lost their jobs because of your mandates and your policies that dictated how we live?

You are right. It wasn’t the COVID as dictator.
It was Biden. Fauci. Inslee. Whitmer. Newsom. Pelosi.
Covid didn’t even spawn these tyrants. They were always there, and Covid gave them the pretense to emerge to rule the public.

How do they know the students are wearing them in their dorm rooms? Presumably they sleep in their dorm rooms. Does that mean they have to wear them when they are sleeping?
So, I assume he will immediately rescind the vax mandate for government workers and contractors, right?
Oh they might try their best to squelch it now. Election year and they’re not looking good rite now.
OTOH, as in my home, their loyal base is very willing for the flogging to continue, so maybe you’re correct.
