Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, who sits on the Judiciary Committee, is blasting President Joe Biden for choosing D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Ketanji Brown to replace Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer.
Fellow South Carolina Senator Tim Scott is also expressing disappointment.
Meanwhile Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who voted against her confirmation to her current position on the D.C. Circuit, is also weighing in.
"I congratulate Judge Jackson on her nomination. I look forward to meeting with her in person and studying her record, legal views, and judicial philosophy," McConnell released in a statement Friday. "Senate Republicans believe the Court and the country deserve better than Senate Democrats’ routine of baseless smears and shameless distortions. The Senate must conduct a rigorous, exhaustive review of Judge Jackson’s nomination as befits a lifetime appointment to our highest Court. This is especially crucial as American families face major crises that connect directly to our legal system, such as skyrocketing violent crime and open borders."
"I voted against confirming Judge Jackson to her current position less than a year ago. Since then, I understand that she has published a total of two opinions, both in the last few weeks, and that one of her prior rulings was just reversed by a unanimous panel of her present colleagues on the D.C. Circuit. I also understand Judge Jackson was the favored choice of far-left dark-money groups that have spent years attacking the legitimacy and structure of the Court itself," he continued. "With that said, I look forward to carefully reviewing Judge Jackson’s nomination during the vigorous and thorough Senate process that the American people deserve."

Graham needs to STFU. He’s been a big part of our problem for decades, most especially sabotaging PDJT many times over.

Does it really matter what liberal judge Biden appoints?

Scotus is just another corrupt wing of the Liberal left that pays no attention to the Constitution we once had. Just look at the two bit losers that our side recently picked.

I wonder what James Clyburn thinks of her? It’s his fault she was nominated.

Odd fact:
“She’s sided with Trump at least once: Jackson sided with the administration of Biden’s Republican predecessor, concluding, as NPR reports, that the Department of Homeland Security could waive more than two dozen environmental laws to build a segment of Trump’s border wall with Mexico.”

Ignore what they say, it’s 90% lies. Pay attention to what they do, which is 90% terrible.

I read somewhere on the Internet that L. Graham has never voted against a Biden court nominee.

Does it really matter what liberal judge Biden appoints?
Well, the fact that she'll be there for another 30-35 years matters very much. There needs to be a vigorous and comprehensive examination of her record and her opinions on the nature of law and the Constitution. No rubber stamp vote simply because she's a black woman, a member of the 'protected' class. Biden wants to play the racial/gender identity card, we play the Constitution card. Let's draw out her opinions on a host of important issues for the nation. A thorough examination before consenting to this nominee.

Except that Graham usually does vote for any SC nominee of the opposition party.
When the Senate confirmation starts, Graham will likely vote ‘yea’ again while clutching his strand of pearls.

Several DC-centric media people are indicating that Joe Biden is scheduled to announce his replacement for Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer on Friday. The timing would make sense as the nominee would attend next Tuesday’s state of the union speech.
Additionally, as to the timing and likelihood of selection, Mr. Objectib Ebidense weighed in yesterday [SEE HERE] with his recommendation, which not coincidentally lines up with our March 2021 prediction of why the people behind Obama told Biden to pick Garland as Attorney General.
Mr. Objectib Ebidense giving the nod means the AME network has been informed and Democrat James Clyburn together with Barack Obama has positioned the nominee exactly as we would expect. Everything now is just a matter of execution of the plan from years past.
Everything going all the way back to specifically selected Garland for AG was done with this plan in mind.
There is a possibility it might not be KBJ. However, with Mr. Objectib Ebidense in the picture yesterday, the alignment of Clyburn and the AME network, along with KBJ being the Obama favorite AND KBJ’s brother-in-law being former Speaker of the House Paul Ryan’s brother (which gives her the nod from the Senate DeceptiCon class), the likelihood of the nominee not being KBJ diminishes.
There’s also the 10-year anniversary of Trayvon Martin for the cherry on the narrative cake.
If the beltway insiders are correct, we should know today.

“A thorough examination before consenting to this nominee.”
Lindsey and the rest will grandstand, examine and confirm. They don’t have the guts to vote against a black person, forget it. This is a gimme.
