Tuesday, former National Security adviser John Bolton asserted that Russian President Vladimir Putin “was undoubtedly waiting for a second Trump term” to invade Ukraine.
According to Bolton, Putin is “getting effectively almost” the same response from the Biden administration that he expected to get from former President Donald Trump and his administration.

Why would he bother waiting? Also its not America’s problem. If America wanted to stop Putin from invading Ukraine we would simply offer to drop all our sanctions.

What is Bolton smoking? No way would the response be the same.
Bolton is out in any party, Dim or GOP foreign policy circle and has to come out with whatever the media will buy in order to still get some attention for himself.
To both Dims and the GOP he has burnt all his bridges behind himself. It is only the media that lifts him up, for whatever clicks his comments will get them.
Bolton was well known to be awful before Trump dragged him into his admin.
This story is getting old.
So I’m left to wonder at how many times John Bolton must have flown to Epstein’s island to molest children.
I say that because it is to me obvious that someone got something pretty good on him.
If he was waiting for a second Trump term, why did he do it now?
The conventional wisdom seems to be that Trump believes who Russia invades over there that is not our ally is none of our business. Agree or not, it is a sensible position. Two nuke armed powers should be cordial or neutral rather than hostile.
