Putin will give out a list 20 things the US has to agree to, so that this summit will just be an hour or two of his time. He doesn’t want waste time talking to Biden.
We’re already losing without a shot being fired. Some allies are going to fall under Putin’s protection now just because they can see who is calling the shots in the world.

Putin refuses to rescue Joe Biden. He has been successful in placing the spotlight on Senile Joe.

Putin has already decided if he’ invading Ukraine. Only complete surrender at this point would change his mind if it’s a go.

Another Freeper made a great analogy: it’s 4th down and 4. Putin is QB. He is walking up to the line yelling out signals. Team Biden is jumping around. Maybe they will run a play, but Putin is just clowning Biden at the moment.
