So thats the narrative. Durham has gone wildly rogue and any charges should be dropped.

He deliberately lied to throw FBI investigators off the path that would have led to Hillary
that’s criminal right there, that attempt to deceive the police
he should be disbarred too, since lawyers’ ethics are based on telling the truth
hopefully there’s more to come

Attorney client privilege doesn’t hold up if the Attorney is aiding in the commission of a crime. Fraud being the one specifically cited.
Crime or Fraud Exception.
If a client seeks advice from an attorney to assist with the furtherance of a crime or fraud or the post-commission concealment of the crime or fraud, then the communication is not privileged. If, however, the client has completed a crime or fraud and then seeks the advice of legal counsel, such communications are privileged unless the client considers covering up the crime or fraud.

Look for the media to start piling on with story after story along the line of “Durham out of control”.
The little people will lap it up.
Then, Joey B will say it’s time to end the ridiculous witch hunt, and Durham will be history.
Romney, Cheney, Murkowski, Graham and McConnel will congratulate the President for doing the right thing.

Ok, time for Durham’s superseding indictement.

A cry for witness protection really. Lawyers are not stupid people. They may be amoral and greedy by large, (My daughter is a successful attorney in Seattle) but not stupid.
The filing from Sussmann claims no charges are detailed in the court filing. A lawyer wouldn't say that because a prosecution response would be to file six more charges to make him happy. I suspect Sussman is acting one way to stay alive from the Clinton's and another way quietly cooperating with Durham.
