Ok, time for Durham’s superseding indictement.
Next part of Sushy’s indictment could be soonest. His original trial date was November. He asked for it to be moved up to June, or so, but got denied. Now the trial is scheduled for March. He must have coughed up a lung to get the trial moved that far. Some place soon he’s going to cop a plea-—no way is he going to trial. Pretty much like Randy Andy, the royal dunce.
