Attorney client privilege doesn’t hold up if the Attorney is aiding in the commission of a crime. Fraud being the one specifically cited.
Crime or Fraud Exception.

If, however, the client has completed a crime or fraud and then seeks the advice of legal counsel, such communications are privileged unless the client considers covering up the crime or fraud.

Ok, time for Durham’s superseding indictement.
The press has been piling on with nothing here claims.
Next part of Sushy’s indictment could be soonest. His original trial date was November. He asked for it to be moved up to June, or so, but got denied. Now the trial is scheduled for March. He must have coughed up a lung to get the trial moved that far. Some place soon he’s going to cop a plea-—no way is he going to trial. Pretty much like Randy Andy, the royal dunce.
